I build LLM systems that give fewer wrong answers: verification that corrects an answer while the model writes it, routing that sends each query to the right source before search, and retrieval that keeps private data on the user's device.

Memon Systems is my independent R&D lab. I work alone, the research is open source, and each result is published with its method and its limits.
